Mark Matheson is the CEO and Founder of Distributed Technology Group LLC (DTG), established in western New York in 2009. A graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point (BS, Management, 1991), Mark served as a US Army infantry officer and US Army Ranger. His industry experience includes sales and sales management roles at Genzyme Biosurgery (Sanofi), Parametric Technology, EMC, and VMWare. Under his leadership, DTG has been recognized on the Inc. 5000 list for 2022 and 2023.

A tech entrepreneur and operator, Alan Dumas co-owns DTG and brings over two decades of experience scaling companies in the IT services space. He founded Accunet Solutions, led Red River Technologies as CEO through a strategic acquisition, and now serves as CEO of Secberus and Managing Partner of RNP Capital Advisors. Alan’s leadership fuses innovation with execution, ensuring DTG stays ahead of the curve in cloud governance and strategic growth.
